Pick-UP & Delivery FAQ's
We service Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, Seaford, Massapequa & Massapequa Park for Pickup and Delivery. We Pick up Monday – Thursday between 5pm and 8pm. We deliver 2 days after pick up.
Call or Book online by 3pm day of the pickup. You can find the ‘Book Now” button at the top of the page.
Does Danny’s pick up on demand or only with scheduled pick up?
Yes we do pick up on demand Monday thru Thursday. Just call before 3pm day of. We also have Loyalty pricing for weekly customers.
Will Danny’s pick up just “Dry Clean” orders?
Unfortunatly we do not do Dry Cleaning.
Can I use my own bag?
Danny’s is “Price by the Bag.” FOr the first pickup you can fill 12/13 gallon kitchen garbage bags with as much laundry as you can fit. Each will be $27.50 ($30 Minimum).
When we delivery your first order you will recive the Danny’s New Customer Gift Bag! Complete with 3 Laundry Bags, (Sm, Med, & Lg) a Delicate Mesh Bag, and a Stain Pen for the every day oops.
Can I get more bags?
Yes, additional bags are available for purchase in the app and can be dropped off with pick up.
Will my laundry be cleaned at someone's home or at a laundromat?
At Danny’s your laundry is always processed in our commercial laundry facility located at 503 Bedford Ave, Bellmore, NY. We do not use “MiddleMan” apps. Danny’s is a family owned company and your property will only be handled by our trusted team members, from pickup to delivery and through the entire process.
Does Danny’s use DoorDash?
Never! Keep an eye out for out Van.
I do not have a cover at my front door. Will my clean clothes get wet in the rain?
We always wrap your laundry in plastic at drop off to protect it from the elements.

What days of the week are you open.
Danny’s Laundry is open every day. Including holidays.
When I use Drop-off service, how will I know to pick up my order?
All orders will have a completed time on the ticket. Also you will receive a text message when your order is complete.
How long will my drop-off order take?
We do our best to have your order done the same or next day but all orders are done on a first come first serve basis. If there is a back log we accept a maximum of 2 same day express orders per day before 3pm at the express price point.
Will Danny's sort our order?
We “Lightly Sort” in other words we do our best to seperate for washing, drying and folding. If you have any strong preferences on separations was ask that you presort and bag separately. We will tag that bag and treat it as a separate order within your order. Separation pricing may apply.
