Does Danny’s pick up on demand or only with scheduled pick up?

Yes we do pick up on demand Monday thru Thursday for existing customers at the non-discount rate

Will Danny’s pick up just “Dry Clean” orders?

All “A La Carte Laundry” “Dry Clean” or “Laundered” orders must be accompanied with a “Standard Laundry” pick up.

Can I use my own bag?

We only accept Danny’s bags because of the “Price by the Bag” model. We do this to keep pricing stable and reliable.
When you sign up we will drop off three laundry bags for your convenience. You will find them in the new customer gift bag.

Can I get more bags?

Yes, additional bags are available for purchase in the app and can be dropped off with pick up.

Will my laundry be cleaned at someone's home or at a laundromat?

At Danny’s your laundry is always processed in a commercial laundry facility. We do not use “MiddleMan” apps. Danny’s is a family owned company and your property will only be handled by our trusted team members, from pickup to delivery and through the entire process.

Does Danny’s use DoorDash?

Never!

I do not have a cover at my front door. Will my clean clothes get wet in the rain?

On the App you can purchase a Danny’s weather proof bin to keep your items protected from the elements.

What days of the week are you open.

Danny’s Laundry is open every day. Including holidays.

When I use Drop-off service, how will I know to pick up my order?

All orders will have a completed time on the ticket. Also you will receive a text message when your order is complete.

How long will my drop-off order take?

We do our best to have your order done the same or next day but all orders are done on a first come first serve basis. If there is a back log we accept a maximum of 2 same day express orders per day before 3pm at the express price point.

Will Danny's sort our order?

We “Lightly Sort” in other words we do our best to seperate for washing, drying and folding. If you have any strong preferences on separations was ask that you presort and bag separately. We will tag that bag and treat it as a separate order within your order. Separation pricing may apply.
